What is our return/exchange policy?

Thank you for stopping by and shopping. We want you to love your purchase, and want everything to fit perfect! We do offer brand specific sizing charts and accurate sizing in each product description.

Should your purchase not meet your expectations, please reach out to us to start the process for an exchange. You must contact our boutique with in 5 business days of receiving your order to start an exchange.  You are responsible for return shipping.  If you took advantage of free shipping, the original shipping cost will also be deducted from your credit, to cover the shipping of the new items to you.

Returned merchandise must be UNWORN and UNWASHED. Items that appear worn, have stains, smell of cigarette smoke, are covered in deodorant, are covered in pet hairs, or have odors, etc. will not be accepted for any reason. If an item has been worn once, it will not qualify for a return/exchange.

Are there items I can not return/exchange?

Most items are eligible for exchanges, however, the following items are FINAL SALE: All items ordered using a discount code/coupon, Mystery boxes, subscription boxes, seasonal/holiday items, jewelry, hats, bralettes, underwear, grab bags, and face masks.

Items that were pre-ordered are only eligible for merchandise credit at The Starry Owl Boutique.  Merchandise credit does not expire.

Items that appear worn, have stains, smell of cigarette smoke, covered with deodorant, covered in pet hairs, and/or have odors, etc. will not be accepted for any reason. If an item has been worn it will not qualify for a return.

What methods of payment do we accept?

We accept all major credit cards and Paypal.  Stay tuned as we will soon be partnering with Afterpay!
